How to View Trigger Assessment Reports

• Click on CHILD INDEX

Child Index Page

 

• Click on your allocated CLASS NAME as shown in the image below.

Child Record Area

• Click on the arrow head symbol below TRIGGER REPORTS in-line with the child's ID# number and initials you wish to view the reports for.

 

Trigger Progress Chart

• PROGRESS indicates the percentage of the assessment you have completed.
• POS SCORE Indicates the percentage of positive inputs so far.
• NEG SCORE indicates the percentage of Negative inputs so far.
• VIEW is to look at the assessment in more detail.
