How to Set Up New Level Assessment Using the Child Index

New Level Assessment Procedure

To set up a new level assessment for a child, follow instructions for LOGIN and CHILD INDEX then click on the arrow head symbol below INPUT SHEETS in-line with the child's INITIALS and ID# shown in the image below.

Click on the button NEW LEVEL as shown in the image below.
Child information Page

Enter the start date of the assessment, only Mondays can be selected to start an assessment, select the type of assessment you require then click SETUP, view ASSESSMENT DESCRIPTION for more details, All fields must be completed shown in the image below.
Level Assessment Input Sheet

The input sheet for the LEVEL ASSESSMENT will appear, you must click the SAVE CHANGES button shown in the image below failure to complete this task will result in the loss of the assessment you have set up. If this happens simply go through the set up process again.
