Read Trigger Assessment Reports

Negative and Positive Percentage Chart

  • NEG & POS LEVELS:This chart identifies the percentage of time negative and positive input have been entered over the assessment period.

Report Table by Lesson

  • LESSONS:The table shown in the image below, identifies the negative entries per lesson over the assessment period.
  • TOTAL INPUTS: indicates the total amount of inputs entered of the assessment period
  • NEGATIVE INPUTS: indicates the amount of inputs linked to negative behaviour.
  • LESSONS: indicates the amount of negative inputs per lesson.

Report Table by Activities

  • ACTIVITIES:  identifies the lesson entered.
  • TOTAL INPUTS: Indicates the amount of time a lesson has been entered over the assessment period.
  • NEG COUNT: Calculates the amount of time a lesson is linked to negative behaviour.
  • TIME LINKED: Is the percentage of time from the total inputs the lesson has been linked to negative behaviour.
  • EXAMPLE: if you have had 10 PE lesson over the assessment period and the NEG COUNT was 5 the TIME LINKED would be 50%.
  • COLOUR CODING: As the percentage of TIME LINKED rises the colours will change from green the lowest percentage and red being the highest.
