How to View Individual Reports for Level Assessments

Follow instructions for LOGIN then click CHILD INDEX as shown in the image below.
Child Index Area

Click on the year group you wish to view, then click on your allocated CLASS NAME as shown in the image below.
Child Record Area

Click on the arrow head symbol below LEVEL REPORT OR TRIGGER REPORT depending on the type of assessment you are completing, in-line with the child's ID# number and initials you wish to view the reports for.
View Assessment Area

To view a break down of individual reports by LESSON,DAYS and LEVELS click on the arrow head symbol below VIEW in-line with the report you wish to view, NEG SCORE is a rolling percentage of negative inputs for the child, POS SCORE is a rolling percentage of positive inputs for the child, PROGRESS indicates the percentage of assessment that is completed. For example the system will calculate if only 50% of the assessment is complete the percentages will be worked out from the inputs so far. The image below shows the child on the first assessment negative input were 68% on the second assessment the child then had a rise in negative inputs to 71% on the third assessment negative inputs fell to 51% a drop of negative behaviour of 17% as you would calculate the drop of negative behaviour from your first assessment completed.
