Positive & Negative Level Table

  •  VALUES KEY: indicate the values you have entered the data against.
  • TOTAL INPUTS: indicate the total amount of inputs per week and the total for the four week assessment.
  • NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR: this indicates the amount of entries above a level 2 indicating an escalation in behaviour.
  • POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR: this indicates the amount of entries equal to a level 2 and below entered.
  • PERCENTAGE NEGATIVE: this indicates the percentage of time from the total inputs the child is exhibiting negative behaviour  for each week and the total percentage for the whole four weeks assessment period.
  • PERCENTAGE POSITIVE: this indicates the the percentage of time from the total inputs the child is exhibiting positive behaviour for each weeks and the total percentage for the whole four week assessment period, all the calculations are displayed in the image below.
  • COMPARING INDIVIDUAL COMPLETED REPORTS: this system provides long term statistical quantifiable evidence of improvements or declines in a child's behaviour, for example if the first completed assessment report reads in the percentage negative total 33.1% and in the next completed assessment report reads 45% the child has had an escalation in behaviour of 12.1% and if the percentage falls below 33.1% the child has made an improvement in behaviour.
