Setup Trigger Assessment Using the Child Index

 
  • Follow LOGIN procedure and click on CHILD INDEX

  • Click your allocated CLASS NAME as shown in the image below.

  • Click on the arrow head symbol below INPUT SHEETS in line with the child's ID# number and initials you wish to set the trigger assessment for as shown in the image below.

Assessment Input Area

  • Click on NEW TRIGGER as shown in the image below.

Assessment Selection Area
  • Enter the START DATE you require, the date will be preset to the next available Monday to start your assessment, enter the type of assessment required in the ASSESSMENT field then click SETUP as shown in the image below.

Input Sheet
  • The input sheet will appear you must click SAVE CHANGES failure to do this will result in the loss of the assessment you have setup, if this happens simply follow this procedure again. Read HOW TO ENTER DATA FOR THE TRIGGER ASSESSMENT.
