How to Input Data for the Level Assessment

  • Follow instruction for LOGIN and CHILD INDEX, click on your CLASS NAME shown in the image below.

  • Click on the arrow head symbol below INPUT SHEET in-line with the child's initials and ID number you requirer to input data on.

  • Select the the week you wish to enter data, by clicking on the arrow head symbol below the week number, remembering orange surrounding the arrow head symbol indicates data entries are not complete and white shows data entries complete.

  • To enter data click on the appropriate behaviour level you wish to enter in-line with the assessment you wish to complete by looking at the VALUES KEY at the top of the input sheet. The ORANGE surround indicates data is still required for a particular lesson, once data has been entered this will disappear and a black dot will take it place, as shown in the image below. You can use the printable resources to keep track of the levels you wish to enter later, BLOT Ltd recommends entering data on a weekly basis, and this will take approximately 30 seconds per child.
