How to Set Up New Trigger Assessment Using Start Assessment

Setup New Trigger Assessment

Click on START ASSESSMENT
Assessment Selection Area

Enter TRIGGER ASSESSMENT into the field TYPE OF ASSESSMENT, then enter the CLASS NAME of the child you wish to complete the assessment on, children's initials that are connected to the CLASS NAME will appear in the drop down list next to CHILD INITIALS, select the CHILD'S initials you wish to setup the assessment for, Select the particular assessment you wish to complete. and the start date required, the date will be preset to the next available assessment start date then click START as shown in the image below.

- Once you have clicked start the input sheet for the TRIGGER ASSESSMENT will appear, failure to complete this task will result in the loss of the assessment you have just setup. If this happens simply start the setup process again. Read HOW TO ENTER DATA FOR THE TRIGGER ASSESSMENT.
