Confidential Data

BLOT Ltd understand the importance of confidentially, this is why children can only be identified by their initials and user ID numbers, this information is only available to designated teachers.

BLOT Ltd offers flexibility with the Monitoring Assessment

The Monitoring Assessment is one of the most flexible assessments for monitoring the specific needs of children within education. BLOT Ltd has taken into account the time effectiveness of inputting data for teachers and at the same time giving powerful 'no nonsense' statistical reports for meeting parents and other agencies. Blot Ltd Monitoring Assessments are so flexible we now offer an assessment request email facility; this enables you to have your own individual assessment live within 24 hours. For more information on the level assessments contact BLOT».

Blot Ltd Trigger Assessment

The Trigger Assessment has many features incorporated within the Monitoring Assessment, but looks in more depth into the most recurring triggers and escalation in a child's problem behaviour, providing an easy to read report for meetings and parents. To add items to the trigger assessment email triggeritems@blotschool.co.uk.

View Only Facility

BLOT Ltd understand the importance of information sharing, this is why with parental consent, reports can be made available to specific professionals from their own office. This will enable other agencies to identify and target children in most need of support. Information sharing consent forms are available as printable resources.

Client Feedback

We are keen to continue working with the BLOT system, and use the information provided to work within school, with other agencies, especially as we can now take concrete evidence to meetings and show behaviour patterns over time. Jane Mason Headteacher

- Headteacher: Ms J E Mason B A (Hons), Amington Heath School

I was able to identify triggers and implement interventions which benefited the children. The program is easy to access, user friendly, and is not time consuming. It has provided key evidence for when liaising with outside agencies.
